Our renovated apartment covers 67m2, is located less than 100m from the Mediterranean Sea, and is part of a beautiful, green, small-scale apartment complex called I Mirti (32 apartments in total).
The apartment has a beautiful sea view of the Porto Pozzo lagoon from our balcony and with a 360view from our spacious 35m2 private roof terrace.

This place is ideal for families, romantic couples but also for a group of friends, it can sleep 6 people in total. The area is quiet, and the apartment has a relaxed sunny atmosphere where you can stand on the beach with your feet in the sand in a few steps.

The apartment:
*Living room with open kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge incl. freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), a spacious sofa bed, flat screen smart TV, Bluetooth radio (DAB18), air conditioning (cools in summer & heats in winter), with spacious balcony where you can sit with 6 people for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector present.
*2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, fold-out desk, safe, iron, ironing board, and air conditioning. And one bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and a small balcony with drying rack. (a cot can be placed on request)
*2 bathrooms, one en-suite with shower cabin and hairdryer, the other bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine.
*Spacious roof terrace with dining table, parasol on mobile base and a 6-person lounge sofa perfect for alfresco dining with a nice sea breeze
*Private parking space in the parking garage of the complex, access via automatic barrier.

For the first evening, so that you don't have to go shopping right away, we have a bottle of water (it is better not to drink from the tap), cookies and some coffee & tea ready.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
