We are located about 900 metres from Rena Bianca beach, the main beach of Santa Teresa, a few steps from 2 well-stocked and equipped supermarkets.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, whose entrance opens with a bright living room that overlooks a comfortable terrace overlooking the pool.

The kitchen, new like the whole apartment, is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, oven and cutting-edge and latest generation appliances.

There are 2 bedrooms, one double with private bathroom, and one with a bunk bed. Apartment with 2 bathrooms, both brand new with toilet and shower cubicle.

The garden is located at the back of the house with a private barbeque area that allows you to tan until sunset.
