Casa dos Anjos is an independent part of a house with a rural and mountainous environment, which is recommended for hikers, sports practitioners, and those who want to stay away from urban centres.

The accommodation has a floor area of approximately 35 m2 and includes a bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m), a private bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a kitchen and dining table. Outside, it has a patio with a table and a jacuzzi.

The apartment is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, television with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



LOCATION

The property is located in a rural area 250 m above sea level and 2.5 km from the centre of Faial village, 3.2 km from the Crane Viewpoint and 4 km from Faial beach.

A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, Laurissilva forest and walking trails for nature lovers and hikers, as well as other attractions.

A small grocery store is located 200 metres away and a restaurant is located in the village centre 2.5 km away.

The property has easy access to the main road axes.



OBSERVATIONS

A car is recommended for this location. The accommodation does not have private parking, but it is possible to park for free on the roadside.

Guests have access to the apartment on the upper floor of the house and its terrace. The lower floor and part of the upper floor are reserved for the owner.

As it is a rural area, there is potential for noise caused by dogs and other domestic animals on neighbouring properties.

Due to the climate, there are also insects and lizards in the rural surroundings, which can be attracted by food scraps. For those who do not feel comfortable with the presence of insects and lizards, we do not recommend the accommodation in a rural area.

Cleaning is done before guests' arrival and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available through a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, scheduling of time is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.

5. Any breakages, incidents or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be verified and addressed in a timely manner during the stay. Problems reported late with the mere intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered.

6. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and take appropriate measures.
