Fabulous hotel with great staff

Wonderfully quiet and comfortable hotel. Spacious room, huge bed, good pillows, exceptionally quiet despite being central. Lovely helpful staff. Superb breakfast buffet, nice bar. Secure underground parking. Well located for city centre and port. Will definitely use again if visiting Santander.

Great toom nice and clean very good breakfast choice with helpful staff. Reception staff also very helpful with knowledge of local area and gave out local maps. Only thing was paper cups on room! I like a hot drink in room in a mug or cup xx

Paper cups for coffee that disintegrate within mins so you have to be quick to drink whatever you put it and not get a 3rd degree burn. Hotel advertises parking but it's incredibly limited, costs 22 EUR if/when available. There's a public parking at the Mercado La Esperanza which is literally 2-3mins walk and it cost 19 EUR.

Like: close walk to the metro, mall and bus stop and near to the CCIB convention centre. Hotel rooms were clean, had usb charger points Dislike: a bit far from the main attractions. Neighbourhood was very quiet, felt a little bit unsafe especially at night. Suggest to return before night falls. Toilet had a perpetual sewage smell

The location was close to many restaurants and shops. Very safe and walkable area. Close to many attractions and historical landmarks. The hotel was very clean, the room spacious and staff friendly.
