Short City Break

Selected Santander for a four night break and selected hotel as a great location. Checked in without delay or even a welcome just asked to see passport and gave us our keycards. At night bar staff was similar . Cleaners very pleasant to us in the mornings.. Pity about staff as its a great hotel. Hotel wi fi works in cafe next store.

Business Crash Pad

I stayed two nights at this hotel while on business in the area. The hotel is modern, clean and quite luxurious in it's feel. It's close to the airport and in a good downtown area to be able to walk around and explore the town, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Check-in was a breeze, the guy on reception was really helpful and had good local knowledge and was able to recommend places to eat. The rooms were a little small, but well appointed. They weren't cramped, just not spacious. The beds are quite firm, which might not suit everyone. Breakfast was continental style, as expected, and pretty much on par with other hotels I've been to in Europe. Checking out (very early!) was quick and easy and I was ordered a taxi which arrived in minutes.

5 star treatment

This hotel was the first leg of our tour of Northern Spain. The hotel is very central for shops, restaurants and bars but a enjoyable walk to the beach. Not too far from the bus or train station to continue our journey. Very welcoming receptionists and staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist nett. Das Hotel ist aber eher untere 4 Sterne-Kategorie. Für 2-3 Nächte aber gut.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage, leider aber sehr laut

Ein schönes, neues Hotel, welches mitten in der Stadt von Santander gelegen ist. Abgesehen von der Lautstärke (die Fenster sind sehr schlecht isoliert und der Straßenlärm ist deutlich zu hören) kann ich nur positives berichten.
