This fabulous home features 3 large bedrooms - the Master bedroom has a King bed, TV and a private bath with a soaker tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and is located next to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath. The kitchen, dining area and living room are very spacious and the deck off of the living room and master bedroom provides a beautiful view of Lake Marion.
Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Santee and our home has to offer. Located near Santee National Golf Club, Lake Marion Golf Course and Santee Cooper Country Club Golf Club, this is a golf players dream. With boat rentals just next door and great fishing on Lake Marion, you can plan on a relaxing time. Boat launching and trailer parking is very near to this fabulous Townhome at no extra charge.
You could easily take a day trip to Charleston from this beautiful home. There are SO many reasons to visit this beautiful, historic city.
