Located at Doctor Teixeiro 26, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral and five minutes from the Abastos Market, this newly renovated 225 square metre apartment is designed for those who want to truly experience Santiago, with all the space and comfort of your own home.

The main floor has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers and a 50 square metre living room perfect for gathering, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes induction hob, teppanyaki, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to cook as you wish. On the upper floor you'll find the jewel of the apartment: a 70 square metre suite with 4-metre-high ceilings, dressing room and freestanding bathtub, where rest is something else entirely.

The apartment has air conditioning, first-class soundproofing, washing machine, tumble dryer and high-speed wifi. Available only in July and August, with covered parking space (1.9m height) 50 metres away included in the booking.
