Das Hostal ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuss ist man in 10 Minuten am Parque Céspedes. Vom Plaza de Marte sind es zu Fuss nur 2 Minuten. Das Hostal Raul&Kathy hat einige Hausnummer vom Heredia 610 ein Haus neu renoviert und in diesem befinden sich 4 sehr schöne und komfortable Zimmer. Dort hatten wir unsere Unterkunft. Das feine Morgenessen gab es auf der blumigen Terrasse und war sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Ein Tipp: In derselben Strasse, Heredia 466, ist das Restaurant Rev&Lusion, Sir Robin, mit der Besten Aussicht auf Santiago de Cuba. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbare Sicht auf die Stadt mit dem Meer, der Sierra Maestra und der schönste Sonnenuntergang. Die Pizzas sowie die Bedienung sind empfehlenswert.
