The location is a lie.. it is not where is says it is .. it’s far from places mention on the ad! The lady that provided the key lies a lot.. I was very upset this place is not where it says it is .. there is nothing around it.. it does not have a Pool view.. hotels.com should look into this have have the correct information

En cinco años con hoteles.com nunca había tenido una experiencia tan mala, pésima comunicación con los propietarios, la puerta esta dañada, los servicios sanitarios no funcionan bien, no hay cable TV, pasé todas la estancia esperando que me ayduaran con el tema del cable y nunca lo hicieron, pésima atencion por parte de los dueños. Lugar bonito, seguro, buena ubicación , lástima el descuido de las instalaciones y que realmente los dueños nunca me ayudaron con el tema del cable
