This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The room was outstanding, and the rooftop bar and restaurant were exceptional. The food — especially the meat — was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is fairly new, so everything in the facilities were in optimal conditions. The staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included, but they have a bar/restaurant on the rooftop next to the pool with an amazing view of the city and monument. Location is very centric and plenty of restaurants and shopping places in the area. Plenty of parking options if you have rental.

We had a great stay in this hotel, located perfectly central to Santiago monument, easily accessible from all over. Convenience is at the center of this stay. Staff was very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Only noting that housekeeping was slightly forgetful of a few amenities on our 4 day stay, however when made aware service was fast and friendly. Would like to see expresso and cappuccino options at breakfast and more fresh locally sourced food items, less processed items (cakes) Highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.
