We had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Santiago. The customer service is exceptional, staff were professional, attentive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The amenities are great, the hotel is comfortable, and the location is perfect: right in the city center, so everything is very convenient. Highly recommended. This is definitely our new base in Santiago.
