We made our reservation online and arrived at the property as scheduled. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the host or reach them despite multiple attempts to make contact. Since we were traveling with our family and could not access the accommodation, we had no choice but to find another hotel for the night. This situation caused us significant inconvenience, especially after a long trip with our family. We were also disappointed to see that we were still charged despite being unable to check in.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Our experience was terrible. The property owner never contacted us to let us know that the property was unavailable, even though our reservation had been confirmed. After driving more than two hours to reach our destination, exhausted from the trip, we were met with the shocking news that there was no accommodation available for us. As a result, we had to find and pay for a motel at the last minute just to have a place to sleep. This caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and wasted our time. To make matters worse, as of the time of writing this review, we are still waiting for Expedia to process our full refund. I would not recommend this property. This level of poor communication and lack of responsibility is completely unacceptable.
