The flat is located in a well-kept complex, quite directly on the black sandy beach 'Playa La Arena' in the idyllic holiday resort of Puerto Santiago, and delights with its large, beautifully furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. From the roof terrace you also have a view of the mountains and the island giant Teide.

In addition to the beautifully furnished balcony with sea views, there is also a communal pool with sun loungers and a separate children's pool in the outdoor area. Internet/WIFI is available and there is a reception in the house.

The flat has a sea-facing balcony, is modern and brightly furnished and is designed for a maximum of 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything else you need for cooking. There are two cosy bathrooms, one with a bath/shower, the other with a shower and two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, which can be put together if desired. In the living room there is a cosy seating area with a sofa bed, a separate dining area and a TV with satellite reception (German/Russian/English and others). From here you can also access the beautifully furnished balcony with lovely views of the sea and La Gomera. The washing machine is located in a small separate utility room. There is also a separate storage room for drying laundry. The flat has a very quiet fan in every room for the hot days and good ventilation, as well as air conditioning.
