Not up to scratch

Very dark inside, lots of steps to reach property, smelly drains, not a good outlook from roof terrace. No parking spot or English TV channels except news channels, not what you would expect from a holiday home

All you need for a perfect stay

We had a wonderful time in this flat in Puerto de Santiago (los Gigantes)! My sister and I enjoyed most the sun terrace with its nice view, the shade or sun possibilities - the flat has really everything you need for a pleasant stay. From a bbq, to washing Maschine, nice shower, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen so on. We enjoyed a week with nice trips to the beaches, promenades to walk and watch the ocean. The apartment is in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. Thank you for the nice time and see you again!

Sehr alt, schmutzig und abgenutzt

Wir waren 61 Tage im Haus! Wir haben uns Draußen verpflegt, weil die Sachen im Haus sehr fettig waren und nach sehr alt gerochen haben. Überall gab es Ameisen und Kakerlaken. Die Möbel sind sehr alt und brüchig und fallen auseinander. Mir wollte man 260€ für schon kaputte Lampen in Rechnung stellen. Zum Glück habe ich bei Ankunft fotografiert und aufgenommen und ich werde die Vermieterin verklagen, sollte mir etwas von der KK abgebucht werden. Ich bin ein sehr einfacher Mann aber in dem Haus herrschen Zustände die nicht ertragbar sind. Im Grunde dürfte man aus gesundheitlichen Gründen dieses Objekt gar nicht vermieten.

Hübsche Stadtwohnung mit riesiger Dachterasse

Wir konnten Weihnachten in diesem zentralen Townhouse verbringen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin ist äusserst hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Die grosse Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Puerto Santiago ist am Berg gelegen und es gibt viele Treppen, was wir als Herausforderung annahmen und uns fit machte. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Good housing

It might be a bit dated, and has a very steep entrance stairs, but it has a wel equipped kitchen and a great large terrace. And the pricing is very decent.

Individual home with large roof terrace

Nice little house with a large roof terrace in a quiet street of the old center of Puerto de Santiago. 3 Beaches, busstop and many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. TV with French and German channels. Everything was perfect - except that there is no WiFi.

Very nice and calm vacation
