Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort

Schlechter Service

Die Übergabe hat leider nicht geklappt. Der Schlüssel war hinterlegt, aber die Wohnung war noch nicht aufgeräumt und gereinigt. Wir mussten daher über eine Stunde in der kalten Lobby warten. Wir waren 4 Personen, daher mussten 2 auf dem sehr unbequemen Schlafsofa schlafen. Die Waschmaschiene hatte ein Leck und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Die Küche war ok und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet.
