Nice property , well located , and super convenient

Fairly new property , well maintained and conveniently located walking distance from restaurant and shopping. It also included parking which is almost a just due to no street parking availability One caveat in the how days of summer is that has no AC ( just a large fan) so you got to be ready to roll with that
