Apartment has "Thermopanel" windows (double layer) that isolate from hot/cold and noise.
Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom for 3 people.
TV HD and unlimited high speed Wifi connection available.

Guest will have access to the pool, sunbathing area and gym.

Las Condes has become one of the most sought after neighborhoods of Santiago, with a largely diversified streetscape which ranges from commercial gourmet markets to offices and high-end apartments.
