Clean, good WiFi and friendly helpful staff on reception. There weren’t blackout blinds despite what the listing said and it wasn’t as nice as the photos on the listing (mine was a different room to those listed). Most disappointingly was the lack of communication after I arrived. I asked for help with how to use the oven and had no response for the remaining 3 nights I stayed there so I was unable to use it. Location wasn’t the best for seeing the city in my opinion and walking to the metro didn’t feel overly safe.

This is an apartment complex where you get an apartment. When I sent a message to ask for certain things, they never responded. Once they give you check in information then they are done, after that, they finally responded to ask me if I gave the key properly to the front desk guy when they didn't provide check out instructions. I would probably stay somewhere else, but the room was clean, the balcony was nice, and it was a safe location, but not in the nicest area.
