Decent spot for a night or two

Room was large and very nice. Bathroom was nice and shower was excellent. Wifi signal was strong. Breakfast was decent. My room was on the 3rd floor and road noise was significant. As we were trying to check out, we realized that all of our keycards had been deactivated prior to the posted check out time. We all had to go back to lobby, get our keys re-activated, go grab our bags, and go back downstairs to check out. Needlessly aggravating and a poor final impression for the stay.

Hotel was quite nice, a little dated in some areas, but served our purpose well. We really appreciated being able to set up a taxi through the hotel, for p/up and drop off for airport travel.

Ótima opção de lugar apenas para dormir

O quarto é o banheiro são excelentes! Muito confortáveis e limpos. Apenas senti falta de um micro-ondas na área do café da manhã e a opção de retirar comida para levar visto que fiz passeios que exigiam sair muito cedo. Quanto a localização, têm muito comércio e é próximo da estação Santa Lucia de metrô. Para um hotel express, acho que poderia ser um pouco mais em conta, mas o que tem é de qualidade.

El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.

Muito bom. Recomendo!

Excelente hotel. Cama extremamente confortável e quarto um tamanho bom. Bem localizado, próximo a estação santa Lucia e universidade do chile. Obs: faltou apenas um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto, mas continuo dando 5 estrelas, pois acredito que o espelho agregaria/melhoraria a experiência do hospede, mas mesmo sem ele, o quarto contina maravilhoso.

Foi uma agradável surpresa... apesar de termos sido advertidos de que a localização do hotel não seria a mais indicada, para nós que fomos para descansar e passear, foi tudo de bom! Inclusive o hotel dispõe de TV smart com algumas plataformas de streaming, "surpresa" que nos distraiu bastante. Vejam bem com qual empresa fazer passeios, nunca contratem com a SOMOS TOUR, é roubada! De qualquer forma, confiram bem as condições das excursões...

Uma pena a localização

Hotel muito bom, muito confortável, cama king, chuveiro ótimo, uma pena a localização visto que muitos viciados passam a noite no ponto de onibus em frente ao hotel e se torna muito perigoso sair à noite. Não tem espaço para os veículos pegarem na porta do hotel. Então tem que passar pelos "viciados" para qualquer saída noturna
