Bathroom is painfully small cycling and updated. The room was rather spacious but poorly appointed and dimly fight it. I booked a room with a garden View but had a window to a fire escape with no natural light. Nice Lobby. Staff okay but not overly welcoming.

Boa localização

O hotel é bom, a localização foi o fator principal para minha reserva porque fica próximo ao centro, ao metro e de algumas atrações. A localização lhe permite fazer vários passeios a pé. Os quartos são confortáveis mais precisa melhorar a iluminação. um ponto negativo é o café da manhã, não é self service ou estilo buffet e isso não me agradou. O café da manhã é bem limitado e com poucas opções.

Low budget hotel - you get what you pay for. There were no drinking glasses in the room or bathroom. There were no hand towels or wash clothes. There was no coffee in the building. The building is very very loud. At 2am, when I needed a ride share to get me to airport, the guy behind the desk told me not to wait outside because it was dangerous. he told me to run to the car. He told me the car would probably be waiting around the corner, but it was actually right in front.

Excelente localização

Hotel é muito bem localizado, fiz muitas coisas a pé e os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos. Único fato engraçado é que a janela do meu quarto não tinha vista pra nada, então parecia noite o tempo todo. Hotel simples, mas aconchegante.

It was close to a subway station the facility was secured. The room was ok Hotel did not provide washcloths. The shower was nearly 9 ft.² or less. The bed was good.

Staff was very strange/ show very uncomfortable action while I checked in. Room condition is bad, property is next to subway so quite convenient but also near the park so a lot of homeless people. Location near a few major tourist attractions but not recommended to stay there.

Una experiencia interesante.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de varios puntos de interés. La cama del dormitorio no es muy cómoda, ni tampoco las almohadas. Tuvimos problemas con la puerta del dormitorio y necesitábamos pedirle a alguien que la abriera todo el tiempo. El personal fue útil para esto, pero fue incómodo para nosotros. el desayuno es simple y a la carta, lo que lo limita y, además, el personal de esta parte del hotel dejaba confundidas las opciones que tenemos que pedir. En este sentido, no vale la pena pedir el desayuno incluido. El trato con nosotros fue respetuoso y cordial. Para los brasileños es una opción interesante, porque los empleados entienden un poco, o hacen el esfuerzo de entender lo que se solicita.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia. Un trabajador del staff del hotel trató de entrar en nuestra habitación y abrió la puerta mientras dormíamos a las 5:50 am. Éramos dos mujeres solas, por lo que es alarmante que un hombre quiera entrar en la habitación donde supuestamente buscamos seguridad. Luego del susto pedimos explicaciones por teléfono en recepción y solo nos dijeron que fue un error del número de habitación porque querían realizar limpieza a esa hora. No se cercioraron de quiénes se hospedaban en cada habitación y el administrador ni siquiera nos ofreció disculpas. Nos fuimos de este hotel a buscar otro. Aparte de ello, las habitaciones y baños requieren una mejor limpieza, especialmente las toallas, ya que pedimos nuevas toallas y seguían sucias, y no nos pudieron ayudar con una plancha luego de solicitarla en recepción. En general se requiere una mejora en la manera en la que el staff trata a sus huéspedes.
