It has what I needed, good location for shopping, close to mall sport, easy to find transportation. What I didn’t like was the application to open the room. Not practical, specially when the internet was failing, please maintain the cards to open the room’s door.

Located near the road to the ski resorts and across the street from a nice shopping mall. The area is very nice, upscale, safe and a bit sterile compared to older Santiago where I usually stay. Hotel rooms are clean and well decorated. The breakfast was mediocre - and no good coffee options (I think important for many people). Hate to complain but …there is a machine with a touch screen that makes pretty bad coffee. Coffee pod machine in the room but I could not get mine to work.

The front desk staff is not to good, the forgot to add the credit card in my friends account and we request watter for the room and never was received. In other hand the restaurant staff were very nice and professionals.

Do not use the hotel transportation service, it is

First of all, The Hotel is very far from the city center, Metro lines and airport ( 26 to 30 minutes from each), and fare for uber or taxi from the hotel to any of those destination is approximately between $20 to $37 which means your back and forth fare to any of those destination, in average is about $50 to $60. Although on hotel.com, the hotel claims to have free airport service but they ended up charging me twice more than taxi and uber fare for my one way ride to airport ( about $67 Dollars one way). Cleanliness is moderate, Breakfast is mediocre. Staffs are responsive. In Overall, I do not recommend it to people intending to tour the Santiago. My three days stay cost me around $300 in taxi fare, uber fare, and worse of all, the fare to the hotel's designated vehicle and this is in addition to other inconveniences.

Nice property. Yet king mattress needed changing as springs were bad. Staff in reception was cold. Staff in spa were not motivated. When I asked for glass of water they pointed to where the glasses were. And when I entered they did no effort to accompany to show facilities. Breakfast was very good.
