Too much noise from outside even if you stay away from the street. In a very busy location, felt like the centre of a market. We moved to providencia street being unable to sleep all night due to the noise. Flush wasn't working

Great Hotel For Short Business Trips

The hotel’s location is at walking distance from the metro and people can take all types of transportation right at the corner of the it. Also just outside the hotel people can find great restaurants and bars. The room are small and mine smell a bit bad, but they were clean. For a short business trip the hotel is great due to its location and awesome price.

My room was not available on arrival despite having pre-arranged and confirmed my arrival time. This was the only negative as I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, my room extremely comfortable and the location could not be better for what I was looking. I very much enjoyed my stay.

This was a lovely hotel with extremely friendly, helpful staff. The location was perfect, quite near where my college grandson was staying for his semester in Santiago. The staff really bent over backwards in their service.

Family of 5 visiting Santiago

This is a nice hotel in a safe neighborhood that is close to the bus line and Metro. We got the 2 bedroom which was enough space for 5 of us and the hotel staff was very helpful. We were able to check-in a few hours earlybafter our long flight from USA. The only downside is that breakfast isn't available until 8:00 am and they bring it to your room once you call the front desk. We had a tour of Valparaiso and our guide picked us up at 7:30 am so we missed out on the breakfast one of the days. Plenty of restaurants near by, but you can also hear everything from outside in your room. If you are bothered by noise when you sleep be sure to bring some earplugs because there is a lot going on 24 hours a days around this hotel. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

PÉSSIMO! NOJENTO.

Péssima experiencia. Muito ruim MESMO! Azulejos do banheiro soltando. Piso do quarto completamente solto. Infliltracoes e pintura rachada na parede e teto. Torneira da pia da cozinha quando abriamos na agua quente ficava "explodindo". Parecia cena de filme. PÉSSIMO!
