Comfortable and well designed but loud and no WiFi

Room had very nice decor, comfy bed, and hot shower. Unfortunately street noise is very loud and we struggled to sleep even with earplugs. Also WiFi was too weak to work in the rooms, didn't get a chance to test it in the common areas.

Wonderful location

Very well located property. Close walk to subway and in the middle of all Bella Vista. Vibrant area Room was great. Steps away from bars restaurants. Didn’t do the breakfast as too many cafes in area. It is a noisy area. All of Bella Vista. So be prepared. I would definitely stay here again.

Located in Bella Vista area. Contemporary design. Air conditioned. Staff is welcoming and trying to help. We had to change 4 rooms due to leaking or not working air conditioning. Smelly toilet in the last room. Very noisy at night. Located above a restaurant. Loud music until 3-4am in the morning. Unless you are after night life, won't be able to sleep. Disappointed.

A minha estadia foi razoável, o atendimento é incrível todos recepcionista sempre com um sorriso no rosto, porém a limpeza de quarto não é feita todos os dias, estávamos em 3 e eles disponibilizaram apenas 2 toalhas e faltava papel no banheiro tinha que ficar solicitando.

Nothing special, but great deal and convenient

This is the perfect kind of place to rest in a pinch. There was nothing particularly special about Lib hotel actually, but it was perfectly acceptable. The price was right and it came in clutch for me. The receptionist Patricia was very accomodating for breakfast and check out, telling me not to worry. You could tell she is a genuinely kind person. My room was facing the south across the street from the university, and there were a few very bright lights so be sure to use the blinds. I slept well except for around 2am there was yelling outside in the street for a little bit. My Chilean friends say the neighborhood Bellavista is a great place and perfectly safe except at night. I arrived at 9:30pm and didn't think of safety since the neighborhood was super lively. Breakfast was minimal and cost 4500 CLP, I would recommend it. The bathroom was super clean and quite nice actually. The hotel is in a great spot too, because it's a single block from the bus stop or 2 blocks from the metro stop.

Pieza muy básica con una cama que no cumple el standar ( era king pero conformada por dos colchones de plaza y media que sobresalían de la base con unas sabanas que no cumplían el tamaño por lo que se salían de su posición), luz inadecuada, ventanales sin bloqueo de ruido. El personal se portó excelente tratando de buscar solución a los problemas pero la recepcionista era la que daba el desayuno así que estaba en doble función siempre.

Bom custo-benefício e boa localização

O Hotel tem um bom custo-benefício, em relação aos preços dos serviços em toda a cidade. O café da manhã não é incluído, por isso não se iluda com as fotos do café na cama. O quarto é bom, mas tem pouco isolamento acústico, portanto se tem um sono leve, pode ser que terá dificuldades para dormir à noite. O hotel tem uma boa localização e é próximo à bares e restaurantes. Também é próximo ao centro histórico e às principais atrações turísticas. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé.
