For an additional fee, guests can access our barbecue area and multipurpose room, ideal for gatherings or events, as well as our coworking space for remote work needs. Conveniently located just steps from the Irarrázabal Metro station, our property is close to iconic landmarks such as the National Stadium and the lively Plaza Ñuñoa, known for its diverse culinary and cultural offerings

The Space:
During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment. Relax in the comfortable bedroom with a cozy bed, fresh linens, and soft towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes basic utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, a refrigerator, toaster, and kettle, giving you the freedom to prepare meals and snacks at your convenience. Enjoy complete privacy in our space, and rest assured your experience with Andes STR will be nothing short of exceptional! The pool is open from November 15th to March 16th, with maintenance and closure scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays.
