Highly recommended

We had some early difficulties communicating with the host, but since she gave us her "WhatsApp" number and with the help of "google translate" we were able to communicate effectively. The host was very accommodating. She stored our luggage for us , when we were out of town. The apartment was in a big building with 24 hours front desk, but their functions were mainly for security. The apartment was clean and functional. The Internet was reliable and fast. The location was central surrounded by minimarts and restaurants. I highly recommend this place

Conveniently located in central Santiago. Nice room at a great price. Heads up to any non-Spanish speakers who might want to stay here: do not expect any of the hotel staff to speak English. We were able to cobble together communication with my limited Spanish and translation apps, but if it is very important to you to have English-speaking staff, look elsewhere.

Mi estadía en MI Suites

El departamento es muy pequeño pero muy bonito. Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Hasta acá lo bueno. Vamos con lo malo. Orta ron la electricidad por una supuesta falta de pago, pero se echo a perder todo lo que había comprado y colocado en el refrigerador. Llegué tarde ese día y tardaron más de 1 hora para restablecer el servicio. Al pagar me reclamaron pago en efectivo, pero por diversas razones no querían darme un recibo de pago, e incluso me reclamaron el pago del IVA, que no corresponde. Cuando quise pagar con tarjeta, también me exigían un plus. Finalmente, y previo esperar me dieron el recibo 1 hora después de abandonar el apart, casi como un favor y ni me reconocieron el día que no tuvimos energía eléctrica, ni lo que debí tirar por el mismo evento. Tienen que mejorar. El edificio muy bueno pero la zona es medio fea, con homeless durmiendo en la cercanía, calles sin veredas y buses que pasan raspando a la velocidad del sonido...

Muito bom!!

Tivemos uma estadia excelente. O apartamento é aconchegante, limpo e possui praticamente todos os itens necessários de cozinha e banho, com cama confortável e ducha ótima. Sem contar que os proprietários eram muito atenciosos. O único quesito a desejar é a ausência de ar condicionado (só tem ventilador e aquecedor). Estivemos na primavera, mas talvez em dias muito frios ou muito quentes esse item fizesse falta. No geral adoramos!
