Beautiful and chic boutique hotel. This is what elegance means in all ways: discrete and kind service, design rooms with amazing outdoor terrace, stunning ambiance smell. And location is just perfect!!

Disappointed

I’m always used to rate fairly. We had quite a high expectations which unfortunately fell through. We were staying for two nights with a plan to extend for another five after our comeback from the Easter Island. We didn’t and picked another place. Here is why... Room is modern and well equipped. First what strucked us was size. Hard to open the luggage on side so we had to have our luggage in between the room and quite a nice bathroom. The second issue was cleanliness. Room service probably didn’t clean the area under the bed for weeks or months. Even the rest of the room was just so-so clean. Bed is comfortable - no issue over there. Room was very cold even for me and I like it cold. Breakfast - first day the cook was 10 mins late-no stress about that as breakfast was tasty and made to order. Well, you’d expect that second day she will be on time. Let me save you guessing - she didn’t arrive at all. We had a tour at 9:30, breakfast should have been from 8, we were told to go back to the room for a while.. at 9 guy from the reception said that he is sorry but that we’ll have surely some breakfast on our tour. What the heck? Really? One would at least expect a courtesy of some discount, maybe chocolate on the room as an excuse but no. When you pretend to be a boutique hotel you need to know how to handle errors. It is okay when they happen as long as you are trying to solve them. Sad for the owner of this place as he probably did his best while building this charming hotel.

Very unique, small, only 6 rooms, great rooftop restaurant for breakfast ( fantastic), lunch or dinner. Great neighborhood, lots of small cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Great jazz bar down the road.

Mucho dinero para lo que ofrecen ($240 la noche me costó un cuarto pequeño incluyendo impuestos). Servicio solo estandar por parte del personal. Si fuese menos costoso lo recomendaría, ya que todo lo visual del hotel es muy bueno y cada cuarto tiene terraza o balcón

Boutique Hotel im Barrio Italia

Barrio Italia ist ein von jungen Menschen beliebtes Stadtteil mit vielen netten Boutiques, Cafes und Bars. Dieses kleine Hotel hat einen schönen Terrassenbar mit leckeren Pisco Sauers und entspannten Ambiente. Allerdings auch nicht ganz preiswert. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, ein gutes Minibar-Angebot und Qualitativen organischen Pflegeprodukten. Zur Zimmeraustattung gehörten auch ein schönes Gedichtband Nerudas und hochwertige Zeitschriften. Das leckere Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee wurde im Terrassenbar serviert. Das Personal war auch interessant und sympatisch.
