Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Minha experiência nesse Hostel foi péssima, eles até possuem instalações confortáveis, porém o sistema de aquecimento de água é ineficiente para as instalações e não atende a todos os hóspedes, ficamos alguns dias sem conseguir tomar banho quente e quando conseguíamos tomar banho quente era em horários específicos como após às 22:00hs, sendo que eu estava com meu filho, uma criança de 8 anos. Conversei com outros hóspedes e também estavam passando pelas mesmas dificuldades. Foram dias difíceis, em pleno inverno do Chile, não conseguirmos tomar os banhos quentes como esperávamos. Não recomendo pra ninguém, não vale a pena o estresse pela economia.
