Todo OK, el desayuno es bastante desorganizado. Hay que esperar para que limpien las mesas, para que te den un vaso, para y pedir huevos ( los que ponen en el bufet son muy feos) hay que hacer magia para que no te pongan mala cara solo por pedirlos. 20 minutos de espera para los huevos revueltos. Manteca hay que pedirla, dulce hay que pedirlo y cuando fui no habia mas que dulce de leche, los croissant secos. Podria seguir….básicamente el desayuno necesita mejoras.

Great property only thing I would change is the glass shower enclosures. That feels a bit dated most people aren’t into that anymore. Great idea in the late 90s early 2000s but not now.

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel in Santiago and my favourite in the city, great restaurant bar and attached to an outdoor shopping mall with some nice places to eat. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The rooms are huge and very comfortable.

They offered me an extra night at 30% discount because the room did not have airconditioning I accepted, when i checked out they did not give me any discount, they charged full rate and they told me that i wanted i could write an email, which i did and got no answer Terrible, tricky hotel

This hotel is amazing, the rooms are very nice, airy and comfortable, the hotel is fairly new, the staff is super nice and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the wifi doesn’t really works. I went for work and couldn’t work in the room because the signal was terrible. I was on the fifth floor. So if you are going for work, make sure to be prepared to work from somewhere else.

En general todo bien. En el baño solamente un gorrito de ducha. Las almohadas son muy altas y de poliester al igual que el plumón. Mesa de luz solo de 1 lado de la cama. La ubicación muy buena, tranquila. Hay varios restaurantes para ir caminando.

My flight arrived before my check in at 3pm - so I got to the property around 9am. When I got there the attendant, barely spoke English so he wasn’t much help. But due to my early arrival I had to upgrade my room ($35 nightly) - I really didn’t want to, but had to because none of the standard rooms were available. And then I also had to pay $90 for early check in. I only did this because the temperature was too cold to stay outside with my elderly parent. I was told the upgraded room had two windows for more of a view but I got no real view only buildings on both sides so it really wasn’t an upgrade. I am pleased with the service I got from Pascale, I think that was her name. Doubt I’ll stay there again

Excellent location, surrounded by a great mall full of great restaurants and amenities. Logistically perfect for hosting, lunch, dinners and launching oneself into Santiagos business district.
