History & Legacy | Heritage and avant-garde unite in this rehabilitation project. Alberto led the rescue of this historic structure, trusting architects Pastor and Jarpa to create a unique building in the Huelén neighborhood. Design & Experience | We are proud to be the hosts of this award-winning space. We manage each unit with rigor and style to honor its legacy, ensuring a world-class urban stay with local identity.



Our apartment is fully furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. It includes a kitchen with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils to cook or prepare snacks anytime. Also, if you're coming for work, don't worry, we have internet so you can stay connected during your stay.
