Convenient location is the only positive

It's right at the bus station which also has a subway station right in front, so that's quite convenient. The price was also reasonable. But room condition was rather poor. Hot water was very weak. Noise from outside was quite loud. The staffs were helpful but english comminication was a problem. Breakfast was also very limited.

Hotel is on the same building of bus terminal, convenient for travellers. The problem with hotel is the noise, no wifi signal in the room & air conditioning didn’t work.

L'hôtel était en travaux,... et l'entrée était peu visible et a changé d'un séjour à l'autre. Son emplacement, près de la gare routière et d'une station de métro avait à la fois des avantages mais aussi des inconvénients car bcp de bruit. La plupart des chambres donnent sur l'avenue O Higgings, très bruyante. Les chambres étaient propres et le personnel agréable et à notre service. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises quand nous sommes allés à Valparaiso. La connexion internet fonctionnait bien.

Lo que tengo que destacar es que cuando hice presente que teniamos que partir antes de las 07.00 hrs al aeropuerto y no tendriamos atencion del desayuno a esa hora de inmediato me solucionaron el problema diciendo que nos darian unos sandwiches en su remplazo del desayuno.
