O apartamento é muito bem localizado, mas a estrutura não corresponde ao anúncio. Um dos quartos de casal não possui ar condicionado. O ar condicionado que tem em apenas um quarto e na sala estava com o filtro imundo. Os chuveiros são muito fracos. As portas dos quartos não são boas e também não possuem fecharuda
