Very professional

The reception staff was particularly friendly and helpful. I was very thirsty at check in, and they gladly offered me a much needed bottled water during the quick check-in process. The staff was bi-lingual English/Spanish which made things very easy.

El hotel está completamente nuevo, las instalaciones por tanto están en muy buenas condiciones. Sin embargo, tiene varios aspectos negativos: 1- El parqueo es costoso (US$10 por día), lo cual no parece justo para una persona que está alojada. 2- Las atenciones del personal son lentas, solicitas un servicio a la habitación y no llega o llega tardío. 3- El personal accede a tu habitación sin importar que estés dentro (supuestamente para revisar que todo esté bien), no me parece adecuado.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel an I love it, amenities are great, the blower is great and is awesome to have a Marshall speaker in the room so I can wake up to my favorite music. Staff is great. Hotel is pretty new and well maintained
