Price is for 3rd floor room w/no elevator. Sketchy neighborhood. Smoke alarm battery replacement went on for 3 days w/o resolution. Good enclosed parking. Acceptable breakfast. Very pleasant front desk person. Tremendous price increase for 2nd floor room. Not worth it.
