Beach was amazing. Resort was brand newly renovated and modern. Both restaurants were delicious plus buffet, room service and snack bar. Coffee shop was a nice option too. No entertainment whatsoever but i knew that when booking which didnt bother us. They did have soccer nets and beach volleyball for kids tho. Drinks were great with a wonderful selection. We book for a terrific price and would go back totally.

Is just a place to relax, everything is closed by 9pm I believed. My only problem was that there was no hot water in my room. I had to shower with cold water all the time. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

This resort looks beautiful and feels like a brand‑new property, but unfortunately the plumbing issues really affected our stay. We had a gorgeous oceanfront room, but the toilet in the room above us leaked and left our bathroom and living room in terrible condition. We weren’t moved to another room until around 10 PM. The second room also had water dripping from the ceiling directly above the toilet. At that point, we didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing everything up again late at night, so we just put a towel over our heads whenever we needed to use the bathroom for the rest of the trip. The food was another disappointment. It was the same items every day, and the quality wasn’t great. Even the public restroom on the ground floor had a leaking ceiling — the ceiling actually collapsed on the second day and stayed that way for the rest of our stay. On the positive side, the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were consistently friendly and kind. There’s a lot of potential here, and I can see this becoming an amazing resort once they fix the major maintenance issues. Unfortunately, we just had an unlucky experience this time.

We previously lodged at this establishment under its former name and management. However, the primary issue I encountered was the subpar customer service provided by the night staff at the front desk, which I found to be highly unprofessional. I would not go back to this place again or recommend it to anyone. This is coming from a give a person who loves this country and travels back and forth between the USA and DR three to four times a year.

We had a great experience at this resort. The property is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always attentive, which made our stay even better. Since the resort is very new, there are still a few things that could improve, but it has a lot of potential. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The place is clean nicely renovated yet the back up generator are not good the lights went off in 1 day 3 times lasting 6 to 8 min each time. Which was a bit foe me compared to other resorts, lights would be off in DR and you wouldn't even notice. The Food option is very limited. Its a nice welcoming place the staff are great yet these factors made a negative impact to my stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing so hospitable so accommodating. We had the garden view which was absolutely breathtaking. They let us check in early for a low fee, which was amazing. The rooms are breathtaking and extremely comfortable with a huge patio. Very relaxing. Drinks were amazing. And the fruit was to die for!

Staff was lovely and the management was super accommodating; they allowed us an early check in when we initially arrived. We requested a late check out but they were unable to accommodate us as they were fully booked. But they did allow us to stay 6 hours after check out snd enjoy the amenities until our flight. I would definitely return.
