Basic and not expensive

We arrived very late, at night and the first impression was not good at all; however it was better next day. The staff was very helpful and nice. It’s not a good choice for families with kids but for adults only.

Nice hotel in the Colonial City of Santo Domingo

Very nice experience. One of few hotels in the area that has secure parking and it's free. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.

An Hotel for those that need to spend little money

I found out the room had no hot water, no room service and even asking for the iron the only one existing didn't work.

Le tout s'est bien passé, le personnel très accueillant, serviable et à l'écoute. Par contre, nous ne pouvons passer sous silence: le bruit occasionné par les coqs.Le personnel y a remédié en nous changeant de chambre.Aussi, l'eau chaude était déficent: avons dû prendre nos douches à l'eau froide.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la gentillesse et l'accueil du personnel ,l'effort fait pour la décoration ,la propreté . Peut être faudrait il améliorer la robinetterie . Très confortable ,à recommander .

El personal es muy atento y servicial. Habia una fuga de agua que hacia ruido durante toda la noche y no lo corrigieron. El sector del hotel podria catalogarse de alto riesgo o zona roja, durante el dia hay ventas callejeras 6 de noche es muy solitario y con indigentes en el sector.

Hôtel bien placé. Personnel chaleureux .

Un peu déçu par le spa qui ne fonctionne pas.Equipe très agréable avec une note très particulière pour Natacha qui est particulièrement compétences et de bon conseil.De plus elle parle très bien le français.
