-Fast Wi-Fi. -Air conditioning in each bedroom and living room area. -Hot water and electricity. -Guests must stop by the front desk to confirm their reservation and a wristband will be provided. -NO VISITORS IN THE COMMON AREAS. -THERE'S SECURITY 24/7 IN THE BUILDING. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals there's a limit of 60 dollars of electricity consumption, if there's a difference will be charged through Airbnb separately-. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -Emergencies that can wait for the next day, will be scheduled to be solved the next day. -Please remember that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, technicians and staff must be scheduled with anticipation and when available will solve any situation.
