My stay stay at this hotel since coming to Santo Domingo but will choose this hotel in the future. They address any issues that came up during my stay.

I was unable to make it to the hotel because they had street access blocked. I ended up having to look for another place because they were trying to have us park like 5 blocks away from the hotel in the street and walk our way to them with our luggage. On top of that it was poring rain. They should be respectful of clients with reservations, at least notify that the access will be limited or restricted in case the client wants to make arrangements or cancel.

Everything was great, the bed was so comfortable and big, overall the room felt like home. The only thing that was really bothering was the smell at the bathtub. I think pipes need to be fixed. Thanks you so much God bless.

Two two sons and i missed our fights back to Jamiaca and we had to stay at this hotel forctwo days. The front staff was super polite, helpful, and patient with us while i was having some difficulties with my credit card. Hats off to you Mr. Front desk operator..
