the air conditioner does not work good on all my visit is the same other than that all is ok there only room 201 a/c need fuxing the bathroom in 202 is too small yes i occupied more that one room on this visit but i have stayed in most of then over my 6 years going there

Desagradado totalmente

El hotel es una mini cadena de 3 hoteles ,,este en particular está muuuy dejado me cambiaron, porque así lo pedí, de habitación...un desastre el aire no funcionaba , el baño con lámpara de techo sin casquete y cables s la vista y un internet totalmente inestable ...nunca ví televisión porque los cables y receptor literalmente colgaban bajo el televisor. El recepcionista que me atendió cuando llegué bastante después de la hora de check - in como a las 8 pm fue extremadamente agradable y cooperador Pero a veces la gente no puede hacer milagros de algo que va más allá de su competencia . El desayuno muy bien y la chica que atiende excelente y muy profesional . A pesar de todos estos inconveniente cuando me fui había un recepcionista de turno llamado Andy con actitudes prepotentes que me avisaba desde las 12 del mediodía para que dejara la habitación a la 1 pm que es la hora de check out muy desagradable y grosero el tipo y poco deferente finalmente me retire a la 1:15 llevaba dos maletas grandes y estaba recién operado de la espalda ...las 3 escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones no es algo menor NO HAY ASCENSOR !! PESIMA EXPERIENCIA

The only redeeming qualities for this hotel are that the hotel is in a prime location and the pillow top bed and pillows are comfortable. The WiFi wasn't great for video calls and phone calls were spotty, but the Internet was good enough for me to work remotely. I would expect that to vary a lot by room as my service was terrible and I could barely connect in specific areas of the room. The worst part was the AC, or lack thereof. The first night it was well over 100F in the room upon arrival. I had the front desk person help and he said give it a few hours. A few hours later it was still miserable. After about 20 hours of it running, it was maybe 85 in the room. Advertising they have "AC" was 100% false advertising. Staying outside would have been more comfortable. The AC in the office and breakfast rooms worked fine, but not in the rooms, as many have mentioned. The breakfast wasn't good and the eggs probably had more salt than eggs. At least I was only here 2 nights and it was in a good location. The shower seemed 3rd world and was not good, you have to hold the handle to wash. It was terrible and moldy. I'd never stay here again and recommend spending extra for a quality spot. This is not it. I wish I'd have asked for a refund and went somewhere nicer. It was miserably hot, especially between 5AM and 1AM with AC and fan on full blast.

The room was a bit small and the shower was the smallest shower I have ever been in. Other than that the room was comfortable and it had AC with a ceiling fan to stay cool the bed was comfortable and the staff and breakfast was definitely worth staying there.

this hotel should not be apart of expedia. I stayed and left as soon as i checked into the hotel. nasty dirty and unsafe. The front desk has to let you into the building and there are not always at the desk so you as the guest will be outside in the rain or alone on the dark.

Everything was good except they do not provide the complimentary bottles of water. They were selling one bottle of water for $4 !! When guest arrive in the scorching heat then there should be welcomed with complimentary bottles of water in the room as it is the case everywhere or at least most places.

Tbh after reading reviews on google I was a bit afraid, I was traveling with my partner who is recovering from a health trauma and is super sensitive to his comfort in his environment so I reached out to the hotel And expressed my concern and I said I’m willing to pay for an upgrade. They expressed that there was no need and they’d ensure we’d have a great experience. Well I’m glad I listen they blew my expectation, the property was in an amazing location. Super clean and the breakfast was great and central to everything. The only feedback Is that they only gave me 1 towel and I asked several times And never received one. Ended up using my beach towel. Other than that it’s was great and they earned a returning customer in me. Already planning my return.
