Your family will have everything one step away in this accommodation located in the heart of the city of Santo Domingo.
It is a two-story house, very cozy, located in the oldest stonecutter neighborhood in the Americas.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom and two bedrooms; the main one with air conditioning and a large wall closet with mirror doors.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, toilet, laundry area with shower and sink and two light patios. A beautiful mezzanine houses the most comfortable work space. On the roof you have a terrace that you can use to hang your clothes or to enjoy a beautiful evening in the moonlight.

It is ideal for long stays.

The street is quiet and the best thing is that you can park in the front.
You will feel very comfortable, so much so that you will want to stay.

Spent 4 weeks in the house. Relatively quiet street at the periphery of ciudad colonial but still in convenient walking distance to pretty much all of ciudad colonial. Listing had no fotos of bedrooms but property manager described in a text message. The smaller bedroom does not have AC which could be a limitation if both bedrooms are needed. The house had a few technical problems with water and electricity although this maybe more an issue of the section of the city rather than the house itself. There were some problems with the TV initially which the property manager then fixed. House has two vertical air shafts which is good for ventilation but also brings in more dust. Overall feel in the house is more secluded as only one small front to the street with one window and the entry/exit door.
