Todo el personal demuestra un alto nivel de profesionalismo, cortesía y verdadera vocación de servicio. Cada interacción —desde recepción, restaurante, housekeeping y áreas comunes— confirma que aquí el huésped es prioridad. Quiero destacar de manera especial al Sr. Francisco Betancourt, del equipo de mantenimiento. Cada mañana, mientras disfruto mi café en el piso de la piscina, él pasa a saludarme con un “buenos días” genuino y siempre inicia una conversación amable que alegra el comienzo de mi jornada. Ese tipo de detalles reflejan no solo excelencia en servicio, sino humanidad, cercanía y pasión por lo que hace. Gracias, Marriott Santo Domingo, por hacer sentir a uno como en casa. Y gracias, Sr. Betancourt, por convertir algo tan simple como un saludo matutino en un gesto memorable. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendaría y al que regresaré sin pensarlo.
