Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. 1. **No contact**: Both phone numbers listed on Vrbo were invalid. One was a local store not affiliated with the property, the other was a New York number that never answered calls or texts.2. **No directions**: Host provided poor instructions and no way to reach them to locate the rental. 3. **Undisclosed construction**: Three hours AFTER check-in time, the host messaged that the property was under construction and unavailable.I was stranded in the Dominican Republic with no place to stay. This completely ruined my vacation. I would not recommend this rental to anyone. Vrbo needs to remove this listing.
