Dear Janine, we are sorry you felt disappointed by our services as we are always trying to satisfy our customers : We cannot control everything, for instance a taxi service which can be for once late . As for breakfast delay, we are sorry we missed your requested time , breakfast came though and although there was enough time till your departure , you chose not to enjoy it . Nevertheless, we really hope you can come again in order to make it up to you!
