Great Hotel perfect location and amazing staff

Great hotel run by a family. Staff is super friendly and location is amazing, close to restaurants, supermarket, and in front of the beach. The only improvement is that bathroom is a bit small and the tap & shower water was salty

The property manager (John) was great and helped us with transfers to and from the airport, our rental car, and was available for any questions. The rooms were quaint, clean, and quiet. The location is amazing, close to shops, restaurants, and steps from the sea. I would highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful 2-night stay on the steps of Perissa beach. Big thanks to Giannis for his help during the stay including support to rent an electric bike next door and carrying my suitcase to the bus station not far away. 10/10 for service, friendliness and location!

What a fantastic property!! Owners went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous! Location location Location!!! Your right on the sea at the base of a mountain. Able to jump on a bus ( stop just around the corner) to explore Santorini. Went to Fira/Oia via bus . Quick bus trip and Cheap cost 2.50€ bikes available at property! Many Restaurants/bakery/shop within walking. Excellent stay

We had a really pleasant stay at Exi. The owner was really nice and sweet. The rooms were comfortable with clean furnitures. Toiletries were provided and the location is superb with really nice restaurants around. The bus stop is also just 3 minutes away on foot with direct trips to Fira. Highly recommended stay at Perissa.

Very nice, clean cozy log cabins. Unique room style, sleepers, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, glasses, wine opener, tv, ac heater… perfect room for a romantic night. Right in front of the beach, walking distance from Gyros Place (best gyros in Santorini). I let the staff know my estimated arrival time and they were waiting for me (I suggest to do the same). Free parking on premises. We rented a car so going there from the airport was smooth and an adventure. Without hesitation I will recommend this place to anyone either on low or high season. Thank you for your great service.

If you are looking for a place in perissa, BOOK THIS PLACE NOW! This little boutique hotel made our trip. We were in santorini from may 12-17th and we stayed at fira for the first 3 nights and here for the last 2. It is definely an experience not to missed out on, you get to see two different sides of the island. Exi suites provides with you own "tiny home"right on the beach. It not only has all of the luxuries you will need for a stay in their rooms but you also have some amazing outdoor spaces just to watch the sun rise and have a drink. It is a 2 min walk from the perissa bus station (a major plus) and literally across the street from the beach with some amazing swimming (easily leave everything in the room and jump into the water for a quick dip whever you feel like it). In the same complex, there is also a grocery store as well as a car rental/boat excursion shop as well. (also close to the entrance for the ancient thera hike on the perissa side) On our last day, because our flight was later and our room was available, the amazing housekeeper let us stay in our room past checkout till our flight which let me get some more swimming in. Just don't hesistate and book with exi suites. you will not be dissapointed.

bien mais attention aux photos

Les logements sont sympas, il y a 3 sortes : standard qui mesure 30m², supérieur qui mesure 35m² et deux chambres. Les photos sur le site sont celles du logement à deux chambres, avec la cuisine aménagée. Or les logements à une chambre en mezzanine comme nous avions loué ont seulement une cuisine basique, sans four et sans table pour manger à l'intérieur, et pas de fenêtre dans la pièce principale, il faut ouvrir la porte pour avoir la lumière. Je leur ai signalé ce problème de photos car j'ai été déçue en arrivant que le logement ne soit pas comme sur les photos. Pour le rangement des vêtements il n'y avait qu'une tringle sous l'escalier, pas d'étagère, nous avons dû laisser nos vêtements dans les valises. Pas de coffre fort non plus, on a laissé nos affaires sensibles dans les valises fermées avec codes. La salle de bains est très sympa en tadelakt et des produits de beauté bio! Il y a une grande cour-jardin devant les logements avec des tables et canapés sous les arbres que l'on peut utiliser. la plage est juste de l'autre côté de la route, c'est super bien placé, il y a à proximité les restaurants, boutiques beach bars etc. Par contre on aperçoit la mer entre les arbres, mais on ne la voit pas du logement puisqu'il y a pas de fenêtre. Possibilité de stationner dans la cour. Équipe sur place très sympa. C'est propre et il y a une moustiquaire sur les fenêtre de la douche et de la mezzanine. Il manque un étendoir à linge avec pinces à linge, on fait sécher sur le séparatif.
