The location is wonderful however, we arrived in the dark and could not find our way through the maze (even with the help of the taxi driver)…the host had to leave and go tend to her child, fair enough, but we were totally lost. Secondly, this is NOT one villa with 2 bedrooms, so if you are a family and need to be in the same unit, do not book this one. These are separate units, one with a seating, bedroom (no door), kitchen, very small bathroom and the unit across is a one bedroom with bathroom and table. No kitchen. Third, if you are over 5’4” tall, the doorways are very low and are dangerous if you bash your head - there were 3 in our unit. There is a small bar fridge, but it’s not level, so when you pull it open, the water/wine bottles come tumbling out. The unit with the kitchen smelled bad - musty/moldy/mildewy and the room came with a dehumidifier, ran 24/7 as long as you emptied it. No instructions provided that you need to empty it, - this still did not help with the dampness or smell. We could not wait to get out of there, so much so that we packed up a day early and we were ready to go, only to find out we had one more night there. The host was lovely…no issues. The unit we stayed in was like a dark cave. We were thankful for the rooftop that gave us fresh air, but chairs were uncomfortable and umbrella was broken, we spent time up there when we could. I feel terrible giving this review but people need to be aware. It can’t be good for compromised or young lungs.
