Dear Anonymous, Thank you for the review even though it is completely unjustified. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to become better since nothing was mentioned!
Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and an area shuttle are available for a fee. An outdoor pool, spa services, and a terrace are also featured at Grand View.
