Small bathroom. Shower was gross and we didn’t bother to step into it. Too much noise. Rooms were thin so you can hear the cleaning people moving beds constantly, and moving furniture making so much noise for hours. No elevator just stairs, which was expected Room had a small patio, which we didn’t bother using since it was cold Breakfast was as expected, barely items there I would not recommend staying here. The only benefit is that it’s in a central location, but the room and hotel itself was not great.

Staff great. Rooms terrible. Very dirty rooms. I will stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. Breakfast 2 star. 1 star or Zero star hotel. Avoid Santorini hotel.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, our room’s toilet was leaking and smelly, they managed to change the room immediately to the 1st floor although not the sea view and it is okay.

The room is nice, clean, staff is very friendly. The only thing was the many mosquitos that kept us awake whole night, even in early December. I guess it was the open patio door that we were not aware of.

Excellent, friendly & helpful service staff always ready to render any help. Unbeatable location next to the bus station and near to the Caldera & main square where many eateries are at. Very reliable house keeping daily. They do their best! Note: Do bring along a pair of rubber slippers for use in the washroom. This hotel would be my choice again.

Very central and just next to the bus station that made moving around the island very convenient. The pefect place if you stay one or two days. The staff was very helpful.

Perfect location nearby bus station and old city, big supermarket 3 minutes walking, nice staff, big room but needs some renovation, fridge and safe deposit in the room, the breakfast is average, not many choices. Ideal for short stay in Santorini while using buses

This property is located in a great area & the outside looks nice. However inside is where they lack. Our room had several gnats flying around, probably due to the water leaking toilet that we brought to the receptionist attention. She said she didn't know what to do but would grab a manager to assist with the issue, however no manager ever came. The shower curtain was old and needed to be changed. And overall the bathroom was just not clean & had a mildew smell. The other issue was the wifi not working. We brought that to the receptionist attention as well, was told a tech would be coming to fix it soon & they also did not show up. Checking in the staff was fine.... It was the complaints that weren't taken care of nor followed up on that makes their rating low.

This property is not 5 star in terms of pools, restaurant, lifts or other luxuries. However, nothing was too difficult for the staff. They were friendly, helpful and it felt just like being at home. The bus station a Is literally a minute away. The shops, restaurants and Firas stunning view was on our doorstep

Wonderful Stay

The staff was so dedicated and really took excellent care of us from having a comfortable room, the amenities we need, breakfast, transport services, the closest restaurant recommendations, and even laundry! They were amazing! Location was perfect, a few steps away from the bus station and the center.
