Great Location But poor service not a luxury stay

The property is not worth for the price, service is like a cheap hotel. Property location and view is good. After checkin, there was no slippers, no soap in the bathrooms, internet in two rooms were not working. The internet and soaps were sorted out next day. House cleaning was done at 2PM when it was our time to sleep and it was rushed. One of the room on ground floor was smelly. So if you are looking for luxury stay don't book this place.

Ananda Infinity was a beautiful property with a view to match. I couldn't have asked for a better spot for a vacation. Mrs. Konstantina was helpful at check in and gave us an overview of the island as well that was super helpful. I would highly recommend Ananda Infinity.

The pros- beautiful property in a great location. Cons- communication was difficult. Also, be warned that this property is completely inflexible regarding check in and check out and there is no where to store your luggage and they will not help you find a solution, despite their claims of having “concierge” services. We had a 2 hour gap between arrival and check in and a 4 hour gap of time between check out and our ferry departure and were not allowed early or late check out (understandable) but they also would not assist with alternatives and then failed to show up at the meeting place to pick us up. On the day we left, the maid just came into the villa 30 min before departure time without any notice. When I brought these issues up with our host, her responses were curt and rude, quite opposite to what I have experienced in other places I have stayed in Greece.

Simply Unbelievable

I am a well travelled person and was really concerned about staying at a place other than a traditional hotel. What to expect and how would I find out about everything. What an absolute pleasant surprise.....service was amazing. Before I left, I received a Whatsapp from Maria and then Maria was available on arrival to take care of our every need....transport from the airport, where to go, where to eat, reservations made throughout....it was like having a concierge service on standby 24 hours a day....the place is fantastic and perfectly located. I am certainly going back...WOW!!!! Thank you Maria.
