I encountered several issues during my stay at the villa. The description and photos provided were inaccurate; the villa was advertised as having a sea view, but the actual view was of deteriorating buildings with no sea in sight. Additionally, the oven in the villa proved difficult to operate. I reached out to the "hello assistant" via WhatsApp for assistance, but did not receive a response until 24 hours later, with an explanation that WhatsApp was not functioning properly. The communication throughout my stay was notably poor. Although the proximity to a bus stop with service to Fira was convenient, I cannot recommend this villa based on my experience.
