SĂ©jour de 5 nuits, trĂšs bon emplacement, belle piscine. L’extĂ©rieur prĂ©sente bien. Il n’y a cependant pas de parasol, dommage ! Concernant la chambre, il y a un petit balcon pour prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner ( achetĂ© par nos soins Ă  la supĂ©rette, car pas proposĂ© par l hĂŽtelier). Cependant quelques points nĂ©gatifs : manque de confort dans la salle de bains ( meuble sous le lavabo prĂȘt Ă  tomber avec le lavabo, rideau de douche trĂšs limite
). Ces points sont Ă  amĂ©liorer car cela dĂ©prĂ©cie l’hĂ©bergement.

A éviter, séjour gùché !!!

Les belles photos rĂ©alisĂ©es au drone sont un peu trompeuses. De l’extĂ©rieur, l’hĂŽtel prĂ©sente bien, en effet, et la piscine est ok.. En rĂ©alitĂ© l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs vieillot et sale. Des chambres d’un autre temps façon annĂ©es 70. Portes d’entrĂ©e fines comme du carton : vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, avec fenĂȘtres non occultantes qui laissent passer la lumiĂšre
 voire les regards indiscrets. Un balcon plein sud non abritĂ© (un petit parasol manque cruellement) et donc inutilisable en journĂ©e, et qui donne directement sur la chambre du voisin. Aucune intimitĂ©. Aucune chaise dans la petite chambre, aucun endroit oĂč poser sa valise !!! Pas de bouilloire, ni de quoi se faire un cafĂ©. Salle de bains minuscule et surtout sale, avec rouille au sol, champignons roses sur les joints, et rideau de douche brun, qui touche directement le rebord des wc. Et des Fourmis dans la chambre. Ne laissez rien traĂźner au sol ou c’est l’invasion. L’employĂ© qui gĂšre l’hĂŽtel fait ce qu’il peut, il est gentil, mais cet hĂŽtel est Ă  Ă©viter. ExpĂ©rience qui a gĂąchĂ© mon sĂ©jour Ă  Perissa.

Il est trĂšs proche de la plage, vous pouvez y accĂ©der Ă  pied. A cĂŽtĂ© du restaurant, location de voiture et quad. La piscine est trĂšs belle mais n’est pas ouverte toute la journĂ©e et c’est dommage. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est correct. Nikos et sa femme sont super gentils et accueillants! Le matelas est un peu dur et j'apprĂ©cierais plus d'oreillers car ils ne fournissent que 2. La salle de bain ira mieux s’ils mettent un peu plus de lumiĂšre. Globalement, le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© bon et je peux recommander l'endroit.

L'Ă©tablissement a rĂ©cemment Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© et prĂ©sente donc tout le confort nĂ©cessaire. Il est situĂ© Ă  5 min Ă  pieds de la plage et de la promenade de Perissa oĂč l'on trouve de nombreux restaurants, tout en Ă©tant calme. La vue sur la mer et les montagnes, depuis le balcon est un grand plus. Les hĂŽtes sont Ă  disposition pour tout renseignement.

With this property you get what you pay for, the room was nice and clean however the bathroom was really tiny and dimly lit. The shower was also really small and could barely shower without getting water all over the bathroom. The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom so it's really hard to get ready/do any makeup etc because of the lighting. The property is close Perissa beach but there's not much else to do around there. A light breakfast of cereals and fruit is provided, the hosts were lovely and were happy to help with any questions we had. Would only recommend this place if you're on a budget trip however we won't be going back.

Loved, most amazing staff

We absolutely loved lava rock villa! The staff were so amazing and helpful and always so friendly. The room was really nice and clean. Location was really great, a 2 minute walk from black sandy beach, which was the nicest beach we went to on santorini. If you’re going to santorini only to see oia I wouldn’t suggest it because it took 2 busses and about 40 minutes to get there, but we preferred the beach over oia anyway!

Petit mais coquet ... nous avons bien aimĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Il est super bien situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes de marche de la Black Beach, de plusieurs restos et boutiques pratiques. Les propriĂ©taires Ă©taient aux petits soins pour qu’on y sente bien, dĂ©jeunĂ© dehors sur le balcon, sac dĂ©jeunĂ© pour un matin presser de partir pour une excursion ... ils sont super charmant. Ils sont disposĂ©s Ă  vous aidez Ă  rendre votre voyage agrĂ©able en vous aidant pour les transports et des idĂ©es d’activitĂ©s !
