Loukas and Emma Family Houses is a complex that offers spacious apartments of different type and studios with fully equipped kitchens and a balcony or terrace with outdoor jacuzzi, only 500 meters away from the famous black beach of Perissa. All houses provide free Wi-Fi.

The luxury two bedroom apartment is fully renovated and can accommodate 4 to 5 guests with the use of the sofa bed at the living room. The apartment features a one space living room with a sofa and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a satellite TV, two bedrooms (a queen size bed and two twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. All apartments have their private balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi and furniture. The complex offers a reception area and a swimming pool for guests use only.

Relaxing break

The apartment was spacious with plenty of storage and fully equipped. Both bedrooms had a balcony with outdoor furniture and the larger a hot tub. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach, all within walking distance. The hotel manager was extremely with local knowledge and booking trips, etc. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. The complex would be more difficult if guests had mobility needs or prams as there are lots of stairs and narrow walk ways.
